Third Man Records Offers Kanye West a Record Deal
Jack White's label has some "real talk" for Ye

Kanye West has been raging at the music industry this week and fighting to get out of his major label record deals. If he's successful in his mission to go independent, there's a new offer on the table, as Jack White's label Third Man Records has publicly offered Kanye a deal.In response to one of Kanye's tweets, Third Man laid out a deal in very simple terms: a five-year licence with an even profit split. We're no experts, but that sounds pretty fair.
Kanye, real talk: 5 year license. 50/50 profit split. We got you. https://t.co/3sCBJ5JPXT

A tweet is hardly a binding offer, but it's not hard to imagine that Third Man is entirely serious about this suggestion. And it's not an entirely ridiculous idea — after all, White's label once released vinyl for Kanye's buddy JAY-Z, so the idea of Yeezy releasing music through the label is by no means implausible.
