Starflyer 59 Fell in Love at 22

Meant as a single release from their latest album, The Fashion Focus, Fell in Love at 22 stands well on its own. The five tracks here fly in the spacy skies that bands like the Verve have inhabited, as well as Radiohead, who are quoted on “E.P. Nights.” Jason Martin’s vocals lightly meditate on the proceedings until they are abandoned for the 14-minute epic “Traffic Jam.” A slow-paced easy listening delight. (Tooth and Nail)
