Noname Addresses J. Cole on Madlib-Produced 'Song 33'
After finding herself the subject of J. Cole's new song "Snow on Tha Bluff" this week, Noname has returned with a response track of her own. "Song 33" can be heard below.

Produced by Madlib, the song is a thorough dismantling of Cole's tweet thread in which he asks Noname to be "gentle" in her activism after taking issue with her "queen tone" Tuesday night in "Snow on Tha Bluff."

Noname has also shared the lyrics to "Song 33" on Twitter, which you can also find below.

"Wow, look at him go," she raps. "He really bout to write about me when the world is in smokes? / When it's people in trees? / When George begging for his mother saying he couldn't breathe / you thought to write about me?"

Last month, Noname called out "top selling rappers" on Twitter for their silence on the murder of George Floyd and demonstrations against of police brutality across America.

Noname's most recent solo album is 2018's Room 25. More recently, shared a song as Ghetto Sage with Saba and Smino.
